Beach Front Hotel at Historic Side
The land for our future hotel project is located right on the beach in the historical district of Side at the exact location of Lime beach Restaurant. This beach front property is situated right on the beach walk path that carries people from hotels to the center of Antique Side. The size of the plot is around 5800 m2. Currently, a master plan has been prepared by the Tourism Ministry which will allow construction of a boutique hotel for this plot. The plan is currently being reviewed by the assembly of ancient monuments and the details will be announced soon. We estimate that our beach front hotel will accommodate around 140 guests with 70 rooms. The hotel will also entail several shops and a sea-view restaurant / bar as well. We estimate that the hotel construction will start sometime within the 2023–2024 time window.
